Question : I’m totally out of shape, can I still do the 30-Day Jumpstart or Your Best Body! programs?

Answer : Absolutely! The 30-Day Jumpstart and Your Best Body! programs are perfect for those of you who are “out of shape” or those who are consistently exercising.  Either way we have you covered, our workouts are geared towards beginners-advanced levels.

Question : How often do you accept new clients?

Answer : We want to help you NOW because we know you are eager to get started! You can start anytime and because the programs are virtual you can do them from anywhere.

Question : Who is Your Best Body! program for?

Answer : Women who want to get in the best shape of their lives—for the rest of their lives. It’s for people with busy schedules who want personal accountability, a structured nutrition program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track.

The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your eating and exercise habits—all within the context of your day-to-day life. We don’t give you a crazy diet or exercise program to follow; instead, we help our clients build the habits they need to get results that last forever.

Question : Do you really guarantee results?

Answer : Absolutely. We guarantee our work because it’s the right thing to do. Stick the program (30-Day Jumpstart or Your Best Body!) for the duration of the program length; 1 month or 12 months. If you don’t get what you’re looking for at the end of the program, we’ll give you a full refund.

Question : Who are you and what makes you qualified to coach?

Answer : I’m Katie Wygant C.S.C.S (certified strength and conditioning specialist), CPT (certified personal trainer) and Precision Nutrition Pro Coach (nutrition coach) with a B.A. from Western Washington University.

I’ve devoted my entire career to making health and fitness something that’s fun, sustainable and achievable. I love helping women ditch the diet struggle and achieve the body and lifestyle of their dreams. (Here’s a bit more about me, if you’re interested.)

Question : I’m a beginner with a lot of weight to lose. Will this work for me?

Answer : Yes. I’ve worked with lots of people who are new to exercise and healthy eating.

Remember, we were all beginners at some point. I do my best to make you feel comfortable and walk you through the steps to achieving your best body.

Question : I’m NOT a beginner. Will your programs work for me?

Answer : Yes! Lots of our clients have 5+ years of experience with consistent training and healthy eating. And they still get great results with us. That’s because the interactions they have with me are tailored to their needs and goals—it’s not a “one size fits all” program.

Question : Are your programs for elite athletes and/or bikini/figure competitors?

Answer : No. Our programs are not a great fit for elite athletes or those of you who are looking for a contest prep program. I will say (as a former figure competitor) that Your Best Body! Is an excellent program to re-establish solid nutrition habits and create more balance in your life. These extreme sports throw us off track and often do more harm than good to our bodies. This habit-based approach is what changed my life and made me a stronger athlete, mentally and physically.

Question : Is this just for young people?

Answer : Absolutely not. I’ve coached women of all ages.

Question : Will I need to join a gym?

Answer : Nope, you don’t have to join a gym to be successful with our coaching programs. All the exercise programs can be performed at a gym or at home.

Question : I live in X country. Can I still participate?

Answer : Of course. I work with clients all over the world. No matter where you live, I can help.
